Hint: It’s not as simple as counting every WPT winner. Remember, it's every engraved plate on the trophy, plus there are some other factors to consider such as whether or not recent winners from this season have been added, if certain invitational winners over the years have been included, etc.
The exclusive Freeroll event, which is limited to 2,000 seats, will take place Dec. 13-15 at the WPT World Championship, a festival running Dec. 3-23 at Wynn Las Vegas. Not everyone in poker will get a shot to compete in the historic freeroll.
